NO SMOKING OR VAPING: Smoking and vaping of any substance are STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the condo, including the bathroom, and on the lanai. ANY EVIDENCE of smoking or vaping will result in a $250 charge for the first violation and $500 for a second violation. Please use the designated smoking area located in the parking lot next to Johnny’s Wings ‘n Tings. We are non-smokers and are highly sensitive to smoke, as are many guests. Our HOA also prohibits this and security will enforce the policy.

Other House Rules – Mahalo for your consideration!

1. No parties or events in our condo or on the Islander property. Gatherings with non-guests are not permitted in our condo or on the Islander property.
2. Maximum occupancy is 2 people, including infants and children.
3. No animals inside the condo.
4. An initial set of starter essentials (shampoo, trash bags, toilet tissue, etc.) is provided for your arrival. Refills are not provided.
5. There is no daily housekeeping or maid service. We can schedule this for you prior to your stay. Contact us in advance for pricing.
6. Quiet hours – Please refrain from loud music or noise before sunrise and after sunset.
7. Hanging towels from the lanai railing is prohibited by our HOA. Please use our towel racks and folding drying racks instead.
8. We would be grateful if you do not wipe off dirt or red clay with any of our towels, including our bath, kitchen, or beach towels. The red clay and dirt will stain and ruin them. Instead, please rinse off red clay and sand at the pool shower. A big mahalo!
